JD Sports, Rochdale

The new flagship distribution facility for JD Sport was complete Feb 2011 on the Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale. The new 616,000 sq.ft. warehouse and 250,000 sq.ft. office mezzanine is noted to be one of the biggest warehouses built in the North West over the last 10 years. EDCM Consulting were employed by the client to undertake the mechanical and electrical services design for the project, which was handed over on time and budget.
