Mier Park, Stoke

Phase II at Meir Park, Stoke on Trent, included the construction of a new 181,000 sq.ft. distribution warehouse. The unit was built speculatively, however has now been fully let to Co-operative Healthcare as their National Distribution Centre.

The development was assisted by EDCM Consulting with a full M&E services design and utility coordination.
