Design and supervision of the fit out for QCA of 70000sq.ft. of high spec office accommodation.

The works included significant modification and adaption of the Landlords Cat A works within the constraints of maintaining the existing BREEAM Excellent certification. The existing integrated chilled beams and night purge cooling system was supplemented by a reverse cycle heat recovery system for a new meeting room complex.
