Refurbishment of the existing office space within TriGen House at Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull was fully detailed by EDCM engineers on behalf of the new tennants, internation law firm 'Reed Smith'.
The office space includes comfort cooling, mechanical ventilation, data infrastructure, LG7 compliant lighting and feature lighting to the 'client areas' of the office space.
