The refurbishment and extension of this existing office space in Leeds city centre was completed in 2009 on behalf of Princeton Developments.
The extension and addition of two additional floor levels provides a total of 95,000 sq.ft. of Grade A office space.
The scheme was awarded with a BREEAM score of Excellent.
