Gresham House Complete on Site

The Cat B fit-out works of Gresham House in Leeds city centre was completed on site this week. The fit-out was completed on behalf of the new building tenants Sagars LLP accountants. The fit-out works consisted of a new reception area and meeting facilities, general office update to meet the clients furniture layouts and conversion of the Basement into a kitchen, Social area, shower and changing facilities.

EDCM Consulting provided the M&E Employers Requirements on behalf of CBRE.

St. John's receives commendation

The completed residential development at St. john's Place, Wakefield has received a commendation in the Wakefield Civic Society awards. The development which was completed by Emerald Properties was given the commendation in the category 'Best Residential Development' for 2009.

Nostel Priory Short list

The recently completed conversion of two properties at the Nostel Priory estate in Yorkshire, have been short listed for the RICS Yorkshire and Humber Pro Yorkshire Awards in the 'Building Conservation' category. 

The Refectory and Brewhouse buildings were both Grade listed properties and were recently refurbished to provide office accommodation at the estate, with M&E detailed design being provided by EDCM Consulting.
