The EDCM Smart pool car used by the Wakefield office has helped reduce the companies Carbon footprint by some 2.92 tonnes of carbon again in 2009.

EDCM was founded in 2000 making us 10 years old this year. We have been part of the construction industry completing many landmark properties and projects for the public and private sectors.

70,000 sq.ft. of Cat B fit-out for the relocation of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority from London to Coventry.

EDCM were responsible for the design and supervision of all aspects of M&E Services and the project was delivered within the critical timescale and budget, as well as maintaining the BREEAM Excellent rating.
