GAME Open for Business

EDCM have recently assisted the GAME Stores Group in production of part L2 calculations and EPC certification for two new flagship stores. Located in the new Trinity Walk shopping centre in Wakefield and the new Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, these stores were opened in time for the new shopping centre openings.

Hollingworth College Complete

Hollingworth Business & Enterprise College was delivered as part of the Building Schools for the Future program for Rochdale Council. The project includes the building of a new facility building on the existing site to provide state of the art teaching facilities to the campus.

EDCM provided a quality monitoring and clerk of works role on behalf of independent assessors AA Projects.

CVS Resource Centre, Blackburn complete

The new Blackburn with Darwen CVS resource centre in Blackburn city centre was completed and handed over this week. On the site of an existing public house (facade's retained) the new premises comprises office space, lecture facilities and a day/night shelter accommodation.
